Acting professional is great and most of the time required when your at a “real” company that offers benefits, paid time off, the option for stock, or even a place that doesn’t make fun of you n compares you to a 10 yr old… Maybe ill act more professional when I see that I am shown the same amount of professionalism

I don’t ask for a “bonus” and don’t need one… It would be nice to be paid for what I work cuz I think its a lot better then getting a small envelope with a few bucks… Excuse me for not jumping up n down and kissing your ass when I work hard and go above and beyond for you and your company that I have no stake in.

What would thrill me is not getting a “bonus” but how bout a pay raise or even being able to work without having to hear you bitch n complain about things that aren’t in my control

Communicating…. What is it that makes the simple things in business so difficult? It’s a form of telepathic junk that we all agree translates to something that makes sense…. And some people my self included can’t do? The most troublesome part is that the people who are thru worst in communication also hate it the most when people don’t communicate to them

Insulting me doesn’t work it makes me just wanna sit there and not do nada, while being insulted sometimes make other people work harder and or correct there mistakes, a simple “hey fix this” would be more than enough to get me to correct any errors

When you don’t communicate they get stupid upset even if at the end of the day shiit gets done, and when you do communicate they get stupid upset about every bump in the road as if this a rare occurrence …. Hey stupid its always like this and that’s why I don’t say anything to avoid the dumb and stupid yelling 

I can’t fuckin wait for this shiity day to be done, did n be over wit even though it just started of the day….

What ever happened to try your best and doing everything you can is all that matters … In today’s world “trying your best” or “doing your best” doesn’t count or matter what does is you get shit done fast and accurate … The 100 hours you did to do it don’t count but what is accomplished at the end of the day (what ever that means) does and in today that’s what sucks

Today someone said were going back to the “lions den” which would imply that there is lurking or immediate danger but in fact that poor sap has been brain washed to fear the fact that at any given moment he could loose his current awesome job where he works 10 to 12 hours a day without overtime or even a thank you and is constantly being yelled at for doing there job and has no benefits other than being able to go out and take a lunch.

This poor sap doesn’t realize that even if he fears and follows directions to the t he still will be fired or let go so technically there is no lurking or immediate danger there is only the realization that there is a truth we are all expandable pieces of equipment ……

Apparently I don’t work or do anything while I’m at the office for 12 hours + a day?? Wow I never knew that I guess I should start going part time since nothing is getting done…

I think its dumb when the jefe comes in all pissed off at nothing at all and then just goes off because your in his eye sight its so stupid
